Terms and Conditions of Use

1. The “Company”, Wave Matrix Ltd is a provider of stock market research to individuals and institutions.  "e-yield" is a trading name of Wave Matrix Ltd.   

2. The Company is based in the United Kingdom.

3. The “Service” refers to the Company’s stock market research. The Service is distributed by e-yield through its website www.eyield.co.uk.

4. Anyone who uses or subscribes to the Service is a “Customer” and is bound by these terms and conditions.

5. A Customer becomes a Subscriber to the Service once the initial monthly payment has been received by WorldPay (when paying by debit/credit card) or by Wave Matrix Ltd (when paying by other methods) or, in the case of an institution (a corporate), on the date stated in the Customer's purchase order. WorldPay is part of Royal Bank of Scotland and process debit/credit card payments on behalf of e-yield.

6. The Company will protect Customers’ information and will not disclose their details to any third party.

7. The Company will issue Subscribers with a unique user name and password to access the Service.  The Subscriber must keep his/her user name and password confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. Customers must contact e-yield immediately if they suspect that their usernames or passwords has been disclosed to, or obtained by, a third party.

8. The Subscriber will not forward or re-transmit the Service or allow an unauthorised person to view part or all of the Service without the Company’s authorisation. The information provided in our research is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. e-yield and the Company do not make any trading recommendations. The Service is provided solely to enable investors to make their own investment decisions and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or otherwise deal in investments. If you have any doubts, you should seek advice from an independent financial adviser.

10. All opinions and content in the Service and on the website constitute general market commentary and does not constitute investment advice.  Content and research is subject to change without notice.  e-yield and the Company do not accept responsibility for any investment decision made by a Customer on the basis of our Service or the information contained on the website.

11. The trading of shares and other securities may not be suitable for all investors.  The Customer assumes the entire cost and risk of any investing and/or stock trading he/she chooses to undertake.  e-yield and the Company are not brokers and are not acting in any way to influence the purchase of any security.

12. The price and value of investments and the income derived from them can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount you invest. Changes in the rate of exchange may have an adverse effect on the value, price and income of investments in a currency other than your own. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance.  Spread betting and the use of derivatives carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable to some Customers. 

13. Quotes and research data provided are obtained from sources which we believe to be reliable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such information for any particular purpose and shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any consequent loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the information provided in the Service.

14. The Company may suspend the service for a period of up to four weeks every year.  This does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund.

15. The Company cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable if it can not deliver the service on time.

16. Our money back guarantee: if the Subscriber is not satisfied with the service, he/she can claim a full refund for the first month's subscription providing the Subscriber requests cancellation of the Service and makes a claim by email to ask@eyield.co.uk within 30 days of the date he/she became a Subscriber.  Money back guarantee does not apply to those who have been a Subscriber in the past or those who have participated in a free trial of the Service. Money back guarantee does not apply to one-off research reports purchased on the website.

17. This agreement can be terminated by either party without notice.  This agreement together with the provision of the Service will be terminated in the event of the Subscriber failing to pay for the Service.
